The heating in our homes is set to a maximum of 23°C. If the room temperature is higher, it switches off automatically until the temperature drops again. If the maximum temperature in your accommodation is not reached, check that the radiators are turned up and the windows are closed.

 

Only contact us if there is actually a malfunction! We have no way of setting the temperature higher.’

 

To put the temperature higher, you turn the radiators up, then you go to the central heating of the house. The panel is controlled by a "+" and "-" button. You have to hold the button longer in order of it to start working.

  1. Click on:
  2. Click on "Add to home screen."
  3. Click on the "Add" button.
  4. The web app is now on your home screen.
