Bed linen, Towels and Cleaning

All beds are freshly made on arrival and there is a towel set per bed in the bathrooms.

Chalets:

Our chalets are designed as holiday homes and are not cleaned during your stay. Cleaning equipment is available for you in each house. Should you wish an intermediate cleaning, this is possible for a fee.

Bed linen and towels are changed free of charge once a week at your request for stays of one week or longer. If your stay is shorter than one week, an exchange is only possible for a fee. It is cheaper if you do the laundry yourself in the public washing machines.

Room:

All Altaussee rooms (room number with K or S at the end) as well as hotel rooms 101, 102 and 103 are freshened up daily like regular hotel rooms and towels lying on the floor are replaced.
